Tram Service Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Green Field Tram Services (the “Tram Service”), including ticket purchases, real‑time tracking, and onboard conduct. By using the Tram Service, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or ban any rider who violates safety or operational rules.

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined. Transaction records are kept for 3 years to comply with tax and audit requirements. Usage Data for route optimisation is anonymised after 12 months.

Your information may be processed on servers located in the United States. We take all reasonable steps to ensure secure handling, including encryption and access controls. By using our Service, you consent to this transfer.

Delete Your Account

You may request deletion of your rider account by contacting customer support. Certain data (e.g., safety incident reports) may be retained as required by law.

We may disclose Personal Data to law enforcement or transit regulators if required by court order, to prevent imminent harm, or to investigate fare evasion or vandalism.

Security of Your Personal Data

While we implement industry‑standard safeguards, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Minors & Unaccompanied Travel

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Riders aged 12–17 may travel alone but are subject to the same Code of Conduct. Parents/guardians are liable for any violations by minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

Our website may link to third‑party apps (e.g., mapping services, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their terms before use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in‑app notification. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the revision. Continued use of the Tram Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
